Noel Rimalovski is the Managing Partner of GH Partners, an investment bank headquartered in NY and London. At GH Partners, Mr. Rimalovski leads the investment banking team providing advisory services to clients, including sales and acquisitions of companies, restructurings, private placements, credit advisory, valuations, and fairness opinions. GH’s clients include domestic and international public and private companies and government agencies with a focus in the Space and Defense industries. Prior to joining GH Partners, Mr. Rimalovski was Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital, focusing on investing in the telecommunications and technology sectors, including $1.8bn of investments in communications infrastructure. Prior to Macquarie, he was Director in the Mergers & Acquisition Group of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and its predecessor Wasserstein Perella. Mr. Rimalovski commenced his career at Lazard Frères. Mr. Rimalovski earned his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School (with honors) and BA in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
