Marino Fragnito is Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing at Thales Alenia Space. Before joining the company, he was Chief Commercial Officer of the AVIO group and Managing Director of the French branch. He managed worldwide commercial operations and coordinated the Launch Services activities of the company. Between 2016 and 2024, he was Senior Vice President at Arianespace where he managed the overall Vega launch services activities and controlled its associated Profit & Loss. From 2009 until 2016, he served at EUMETSAT as Launch Services Manager. Previously, he was Head of Mechanical Systems Development in the frame of the Vega development program at ELV. He began his career in Cannes, at Alcatel Space Industries, on telecom satellite projects. Marino Fragnito is an Aeronautical Engineer and holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Science and Technology.
