Gianaldo Mantovani is since March ’24 Member of the Board at OHB System in Bremen, Germany, responsible for Telecommunications, Navigation and Defence Projects. He has been part of the OHB Group for about 10 years now, working first as a Managing Director at the Luxembourg-based affiliate LuxSpace and later for 4 years as a General Manager at OHB-Italia in Milan. Before joining the OHB Group, Gianaldo worked some 13 years for the telecommunication satellite operator SES in different leadership roles, both in technical areas and business development, being located in Luxembourg, Germany and the United States. Prior to SES Gianaldo worked as a Consultant for ESA at ESRIN (Frascati, Italy) and ESOC (Darmstadt, Germany) on Earth Observation and interplanetary missions. Gianaldo graduated from Universitá La Sapienza (Rome, Italy) as an Aerospace Engineer and is married with two children.
