Robert Nowicki is a manager, entrepreneur, and expert in strategic project management with extensive experience in the space, energy, and infrastructure sectors. He served as Chairman of the Polish Delegation to the European Space Agency (ESA), where he was involved in strengthening Poland’s cooperation within the European space ecosystem and supporting the development of the national space sector.
He also served as Deputy Minister of Development, overseeing major projects related to infrastructure, construction, and economic development. Throughout his career, he has managed and supervised numerous national and international initiatives focused on innovation, industrial strategy, and energy transformation.
Robert Nowicki has held executive and supervisory roles in both public and private organizations, including overseeing offshore operations at Orlen S.A., such as the Baltic Power offshore wind farm – awarded the Project Finance Award for the best investment in Europe in 2023.
Currently, as an advisor to the management board of Creotech Instruments, he is leading negotiations related to the IRIS² project. His expertise includes strategic development, international cooperation, risk management, and the delivery of large-scale complex projects.
