Arad Gharagozli is the Founder and CEO of Galaxia, Canadian space and defence technology company developing advanced satellite platforms that enable real time threat detection and intelligence relay for defence and commercial applications. He is also the founder of the Pulsar Institute, a Canadian non profit advocating for space strategy reform and next generation STEM education, and the founder of the Dalhousie Space Systems Lab, which anchored space research in Atlantic Canada a decade ago. As an aerospace engineer, Arad trained with the European Space Agency and the Canadian Space Agency in spacecraft manufacturing and operations. His work focuses on building sovereign, scalable and agile space systems that bring modern capabilities to orbit and here on Earth.
