Over the past 10+ years I have been consulting in the space and space-defense markets. I work with new and legacy space companies in hardware manufacturing and service operation to scale efficiently. We help to grow our clients top and bottom lines following the approach of “think strategically and act pragmatically.”  In my role I have colleacted extensive international experience across Europe, the US and beyond in the scaling of space companies across all functions from engineering to operations and sales. In addition I support clients from various industries like agriculture or automotive on the threats and opportunities of space infrastructure on their business model. For that I have build up a deep understanding of global markets and business models in core space domains like satellite communications, earth observation, navigation and transportation. I hold a PhD from the ETH in Zurich.
