Dr. Laetitia Cesari is a researcher and a legal practitioner working on the law and policy of digital technologies and outer space, with a focus on security and safety aspects, and particularly cybersecurity, space traffic and space situational awareness. She is a Fellow at UNIDIR’s Space Security Programme. Laetitia works for legal organisations, international institutions and private actors. Before that, she supported the work of national authorities on space-related topics. Laetitia has been a Visiting Researcher at UNSW Canberra in 2024 and at the University of Leiden in 2022.
