Juan Pablo Ramos counts with over a decade of experience in the space industry. Throughout his career, he has led Redwire’s smallsat technology innovation programs and R&D efforts across advanced domains including Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO), edge processing, in-orbit servicing, ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), and deep space exploration missions. He currently leads Redwire’s Business Development activities in the Defence & Security sector, where he oversees strategic growth initiatives, market research and analysis, mission concept design & development, investment programmes, and business planning. Known for his strategic mindset and ability to bridge technology and commercial outcomes, Juan Pablo plays a key role in positioning the company in complex and evolving markets. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Juan Pablo actively contributes to multiple industrial advisory committees for European institutions, focusing on the role of space technologies in defence and security applications.
