Paul joined ETL Systems in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience across the satellite communications ecosystem. His career spans both ends of the SATCOM link, having held lead technical roles in the design and development of advanced avionics SATCOM terminals, spacecraft RF systems, and large‑scale satellite ground segment equipment.
