Royce Dalby is the President, co-founder, and Chairman of the Board at Hydrosat. With a deep expertise in the aerospace and defense sectors, Royce co-founded Hydrosat to bring advanced remote sensing data to agriculture and water management industries globally. Before Hydrosat, Royce co-founded Avascent, the largest management consulting firm focused on the aerospace industry. He led the company’s space practice, and over 16 years he supported the C-suites of all the world’s largest aerospace companies. The company was acquired by Oliver Wyman in 2022 for $100 million. Earlier, he was the co-founder and president of BeGlobal, an international logistics company. Royce also served as Director of Russian Operations for Analytic Services Inc., an aerospace analytics firm that supported U.S. government operations. His experience spans decades of leadership in space and defense-related industries. Royce holds a Master of Science in Science and Space Policy from George Washington University.
