ALÉN SPACE

Alén Space (GMV Group) is a Spanish company specialised in turnkey solutions for small satellites. With a team of over 110 professionals, it develops advanced satellite communications subsystems and complete end-to-end missions.

Since its foundation in 2019, Alén Space has achieved significant milestones. In 2024, four 6U satellites were launched as part of Sateliot’s 5G IoT constellation, and the company is currently manufacturing five additional satellites for the same project. Another recent milestone is ETRISat, a 6U CubeSat developed for South Korea’s ETRI and successfully placed into orbit in November 2025. That same year, Alén Space also led the SATMAR mission, a 6U IOD satellite focused on VDES applications.

The company contributes to major European programmes, including ESA’s Celeste and CyberCube missions, and the CubeISL project for DLR.

Alén Space’s portfolio includes satellite platforms, payloads (AIS, VDES, ADS-B, spectrum monitoring), SDRs, OBCs, Ground Stations, Mission Control Software, and On-Board Software.
