SANCTUARY Systems GmbH is a cybersecurity company based in Darmstadt, Germany, which specializes in the development of state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions for embedded systems. Embedded systems include all computer systems that are used for control functions in a wide variety of industries, e.g. for satellites in the space domain or for control systems in industrial production.

SANCTUARY Systems offers its customers end-to-end support for all security aspects of projects in the embedded sector, from the initial security analysis through to the development and integration of customized security solutions. Technologies such as hardware-supported virtualization, Trusted Platform Modules (TPM), Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) and state-of-the-art security technologies such as Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) are used for the developed on-device security solutions. In this way, solutions can be created that make it possible, for example, to isolate any number of software components on an embedded system from one another in such a way that vulnerabilities in one of the components do not jeopardize the security of the overall system.
